Our unique Roll Cover has the longest manufacturers warranty of any hot tub cover or spa cover...... 7 YEARS! A very attractive and strong, easy to remove spa cover, made of insulating foam and wood to match your decking. This cover simply rolls off your spa! No more heavy covers to lift off!
These covers are made of an insulating, 1/4" thick, UV and mildew resistant, cross-linked, closed cell, black polyethylene foam (quite the mouthful :-). The UV resistance makes the cover impervious to the sun for years to come, while the "closed cell" means it won't absorb water (guaranteed for 7 years).
Attached to the foam are 3" wide by 1-1/2" thick, slats of cedar slightly spaced apart. The boards are chamfered on the top (trapezoidal in shape) which allows for the cover to be simply rolled off your spa (no more bulky cover to lift). The boards are attached to the foam with a specially designed fastener, which if necessary, allow the boards to be removed if replacing one is ever needed.
The covers come standard with an optional 16" long "tail" that can be screwed to either your deck, or to a set of brackets attached to the side of your spa for easy alignment of the cover (the brackets are included with the cover and give a place for the cover to roll on to).
The cover sits on the top of your deck or spa and comes complete with a brass locking mechanism to help keep out the kids and those pesky neighbors.
