LIFETIME WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Dimension One Spas Inc. herein known as Dimension One, warrants the E-Z Lifter to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the life of the product.

Warranty Performance

Warranty coverage is extended to the original owner from the date of original delivery. E-Z Lifter cover lifts not purchased from an Authorized E-Z Lifter Dealer are specifically excluded from warranty coverage of any kind. Dimension One will, at its sole option, replace any component found defective under the terms and conditions of this warranty. To obtain warranty service, notify a local Authorized E-Z Lifter Dealer within 10 days of the time the problem became apparent. In the absence of a local Authorized E-Z Liftr Dealer, notify Dimension One Spas, Inc. Dimension One Spas must pre-authorize the replacement of all defective components.

Warranty Coverage

During year one (1) through five (5), Dimension One will replace any part found defective under the terms of this warranty. No charge will be made for parts. Normal shipping costs will be covered in areas where there is en Authorized E-Z Lifter Dealer within fifty (50) miles. After year five (5), Dimension One will replace the part, at its option, provided it is returned at the owner’s expense, to Dimension One Spas, Inc., 2611 Business Park Dr., Vista, CA 92083 Dimension One is not liable for any shipping costs.

Exceptions to the Warranty

The following items are specifically excluded from any warranty coverage:

1. The warranty shall be invalid if the E-Z Lifter has been subjected to any alterations, misuses, abuses or damage resulting from improper installation.
2. The spa cover is not manufactured by Dimension One and any claim involving the cover must be made directly to the spa cover manufacturer. Dimension One has no liability in this regard.
3. Damage caused by failure to follow procedures defined in the E-Z Lifter manual.
4. Normal wear and tear of the components.
5. Damage caused by moving the spa.
6. Acts of God.

Disclaimers

Except as expressed herein, there shall be no other warranty or obligation, expressed or implied, oral or statutory. Dimension One, its agents or employees shall in no event be liable for injury to any person, or for any claim for damage, however arising. All consequential expenses including loss of use, damages, or contingent liabilities arising out of any alleged deficiencies of the E-Z Lifter are specifically excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
