Your right, i altered the water temp last night and the FLO message came back on, this time blinking instead of solid. Also this time it didn't lock up the buttons. I’m going to replace the flow switch, I hope that that’s all that’s wrong with it... this is my first tub and I’ve only had it for 1 month. Very discouraging.
: Sundance uses a standard Harwil brand flow
: switch. So do some other tub manufacturers.
: They tend to last a few years. If this flow
: switch has any age to it, I'd suggest
: replacing it. It is not very expensive. Then
: you'll have complete peace of mind.: The theory of operation behind the Harwil flow
: switch is simple. A reed switch is embedded
: in the plastic stem. A magnet is affixed to
: the flexible metal piece. When the water
: flows. the flexible metal with the magnet is
: pressed firmly against the plastic stem with
: it's embedded reed switch. Any time a reed
: switch comes into contact with a magnetic
: field, the switch contacts close.: John
