Well I'm not sure if there is an easy way to explain this. I checked on the plug, the center 'top and bottom' wires, and the flow sensor was not hooked up to this slot. Originally, there is a sensor inside the heater area to the right of the board, that was hooked up to this, spot, and it was only the black wire, to the plug. The second wire to this sensor, was pig tailed w/ a wire nut to the white sensor wire of the flow switch, and the black wire of the flow switch was originally on the slot to the left of center. So, I unhooked that sensor, put the flow sensor in the center slot (top and bottom), and the FLO went away, and the heater kicked on. My next and likely last question is, where should the sensor be hooked up to the plug, that came from the heater area ? With the flow sensor hooked up and FLO code gone, I set the temperature down below actual temp, and the heater kicked off. When I spun the flow switch by turning counterclockwise, forcing the flow switch to not make contact imitating 'no flow', it shut the heater off, and FLO came on, making me think the flow switch circuit is now where it was supposed to be and working correctly. Why it was wire originally nutted together I'm not sure, it doesnt appear it shouldve been hooked up that way, because the red and white wire connected together, but not hooked to the board at all, just the black wires to the sensors were on the plug . I'm not sure if this makes sense, but I think what I'm down to is figuring where that sensor wire should be on the plug, that comes from the heater area, and making sure that sensor is working right also for correct operation. For now I turned the hot tub below the actual temperature so I dont overheat or cause problems until I hear from you. !!! I think I'm close !!! John, I can't thank you enough for your assistance w/ this, w/out your tips I'd be staring at the board. Brad
: excellent, thanks john i'll double check those,
: maybe I put them on wrong. thanks again.: brad
