With the sensor harness in place, you will notice that there are seven "positions" in the harness along the top and another seven along the bottom. The two flow switch wires go in the two middle positions, one in the middle top and one in the middle bottom. Since this is nothing more than a two wire switch, technically speaking, it does not matter whether the red is in the top or the black is, but I usually line the black up with the black wires from the sensors and I line up the red with the other reds. Don't obsess over this though as it is immaterial. Do obsess about ensuring that the "fingers" on the end of the flow switch wires fully seat into the harness and lock. This is important.
