Well I was hoping to avoid the spa repairman but it's not looking good. I replaced the flow switch, they were identical #'s and I still have the FLO error. I tried shutting off power @ breaker, tried putting old one in and new one out of tub and running to manually move flapper, I'm 99% sure I have the wires on the new one in the holes of the plug where the old one was, still getting FLO error. I know I have flow, I've disconnected lines while only the recirc pump running-water BLOWS out the lines, I can see the flapper moving, I have just cleaned the cartridge, its super clean, ran it w/ out cartridge. The only thing I'm kid of curious is that the three intake screens on the bottom, while running I dont feel any suction there, as if there is some kind of obstruction, as I know I had a little suction there. I've disconnected the plugs on each pump, let a little water out, and I'm almost at the end where I can't do too much more. Anyone in addition to JOHN willing to help me out or point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it. IF someone with a 2000 SUndance alatamar might be able to look at their wiring of the flow switch, so I can be 110% sure I have the wires in the right spot on the plug, I'd appreciate that too. THanks in advance. Brad
