John thanks again for your reply, I did unkook the cable for the temp sensor/flow sensor off the board, which caused the recirculation pump to stop pumping, which in turned allowed the flapper to move back horizontal, meaning no flow of water. I did pull the flow switch out and wiped it off a little to see if it was stuck but I think its o.k. I'll hook up a meter to those wires while its running and report back. Crossing fingers for flow switch bad and not board bad!!! I'm guessing switch because EVERYTHING else works, and I've had no problems until this has come up. Thanks again John, I'll report back in a few hours.
