John thanks for your response. I did look at that, and I noticed that at whatever speed either pump the pump was on, L or H or both, it doesnt seem to move the flapper, it stays in a vertical position against the grey stem. While running, I tried moving the switch (by unscrewing it) which made the float move almost horizontally, but the error code didnt go away. I called my local store and they said likely the flow switch @ $64. I'm just trying to narrow it down, hoping to replace the most likely culprit and avoiding the SPA repairman, whose service call is $70! Thanks for any other help you might be able to provide. Another thing, would this faulty flow switch cause a lack of suction in the two bottom screen intakes, as I did notice that the suction was low or non-existent, even w/ the filter totally off. Thanks in advance. Brad
