I am having the exact same problem with my Cameo 850 (2001). There is a solid FLO error and all controls are locked up. If I kill the power I can get controls for 5-10 minutes, however if I drain it and fill with cold water it works until it reaches the temperature and then shuts down locks up controls with FLO error. I have removed the filter to ensure that is not restricting water flow. Originally before draining and cleaning and removing filter there was some flow restriction, but that has been corrected with removing the filter.

Is this a flow switch? A temp sensor? Any thoughts before I start ordering and replacing parts?
