OK, this is the standard board used in 1998 to 2000. I am troubled by the fact that the jet buttons are locking up and you have to power down to shut the jets off. That should be independent of the flow sensing circuitry. Have you replaced the flow switch already? If so, can you turn pump #1 on when the FLO error occurs? Does this clear the FLO error? If turning on pump #1 clears the flow error, check the filter, your new circ pump or the board as possible causes.
