old spa part needed

I have a very old (20 yrs or so) spa--Seven Seas by Pacific, "Baltic" model. I'm missing the air control cap, the part that screws onto the air intake to control the air bubble flow. I have been unable to locate a replacement despite a lot of searching on the internet. Does anyone know a good source for old spa parts?

Worst case, I assume I'll need to replace the entire air valve assembly. However, this appears to be very difficult as I have to cut away the insulating foam and work in the very limited space between the tub wall and the pump housing.

Can anyone offer any tips/advice? Thanks in advance!
