Two questions. First, what ppm level are you running your Bromine at? Second, do you have a 50 mg CD ozonator or a 400 mg CD ozonator?

: We purchased a new Sundance Cameo in December.
: Our first hot tub. Love it, however, the
: water has developed a fizz and smells
: "chemically" - the dealer says it
: apparently has an overload of chemicals and
: has developed an excess of ozone gas.: We were told to only add Bromine tablets
: (2/week) and a capful of DuraChlor which we
: have done. I check the levels every week
: with the test strips and have occasionally
: had to add Ph up. And a little bit of
: anti-foam every now and then.: This also happened in March and we had to
: change the water. Now about 8 weeks later,
: it is happening for the 2nd time. What are
: we doing wrong?: In addition, the filter looks like it has
: "sunk in" on one side. How would
: that happen?: Thanks for helping a newbie out. Trying to
: learn the proper procedures.
