Most HS models the cabnet is not removable. The plumbing leaks are adresses by flipping the spa up and digging into the foam from the bottum. It is a hard job because they use hard foam on the bottum surface which will have to be chipped away.
You may want to use some food coloring in the water which will bleed into the leaking area giving you an idea of the location needing repair.
