We are 3 months past warranty on the stereo unit in our Arctic spa and although it works fine with the remote, we must have placed some wet disks in it over the winter or there was a humidity problem and caused internal damage to the controls on the unit itself. Arctic replaced it with no questions asked. Go Arctic
