Try a new filter.

: I have a two year old Marquis Reward Silver
: Anniversary Edition. I have the jets on one
: side that don't work a full pressure when
: the filter is in. When you take the filter
: out, it works fine. I have cleaned the
: filter with cartridge cleaner. The jets that
: run off the other side of the spa work fine
: all the time.
: Any idea what my problem might be?
