:I purchased a Hydro Spa Tahitian in July 2005. Now I am having problems reaching someone about the warranty for the heating unit. The tub stopped heating about a week ago. Does anyone have a phone number for the warranty company? I can't get a response from the company I purchased it from.
I purchased a South Beach Elite Series hot tub
: from Hydro Spa in September 2002. In the
: four years I have owned it the tub has been
: fully functional about six months time. I
: have had to replace 2 pumps, 2 circuit
: boards, several of the jets, and have had to
: have many leaks in the hoses repaired. Due
: to the many problems, I was told by their
: warranty manager Hank Peters in October of
: 2005 that I would be receiving a new tub
: from the manufacturer free of charge. I was
: a given an order number and the details were
: confirmed in an e-mail from Mr. Peters on
: 11-18-05. However, on Dec. 1st I received a
: phone call from Allen Visicek of the
: Customer service Dept. telling me that this
: deal had never been approved and was not
: going to happen despite what Mr. Peters had
: told me. The HYDRO SPA Co. has provided me
: with a hot tub of very poor quality, backed
: it up with lousy customer service, and flat
: out lied to me on top of it all. I would not
: recommend anyone do business with HYDRO SPA
