Let's face facts. You're buying this over the net because you perceive you're getting better value that way. In reality you're paying less becuse it's an average spa (hopefully) and that's fine but it's not all rosey. To your origiinal question, go look in the mirror in your bathroom and I do believe you'll see your service tech. Ask him how comfortable he feels about diagnosing and repairing any future issues. You will have a warranty but I think the best you can hope for with it is they may send you a part if you can figure out what your issues are when you have a problem. This is an old story we've seen countless times. People buy over the net thinking they're getting the same that you see at teh dealer. In reality you get a so-so spa at best and if you have problems you'll be pissed that the warranty is pretty much ignored and you're fighting to get what you expected. Take some time and think it over. If you get a good spa it'll last for 10+ yrs. If you get a spa over the internet and it becomes a nightmare, you'll wish you could get a mulligan.
