Blue Ridge Error code OPb

Bought a house last year with a Blue Ridge spa in the deck. I determined the heater was shot and didn't get around to replacing it until yesterday. It is part RMF # E2550-0300ET. So get that installed and now the LED shows "OPb." I have no manual. Filters are in, tub is filled above jets, pressing the jets or lights button does nothing. What does this mean? Thanks in advance.
