I believe their retailer told them it *may* be low. I got the impression that this was a tele-analysis by the retailer - which is pretty remarkable if they are right, and might mean the end of test kits as we know them :-)

Hypothesise then test then correct; in that order. If you do this in reverse you will have a hard time
