I was in to see them at their San Diego office today (5-12-2006). They have a long drawn out sales pitch. Very high pressure, buy now, tactics. At one point they kept telling me thast their plastic was better than the acrylic all the other manufacturers used. I asked what it was called. He said it was a thermo-plastic. I said all plastics are thermo-plastic, what is the name of yours. He refused to tell me. Visually, it appeared to be PVC. Later, when I asked to have a price and spec sheet to take home he refused. I politely asked again and said I liked to review things. The salesman said I could only have one if I put a deposit down to buy a spa. When I replied that do not do busines that way, he then got very rude and said "These prices won't be available if you call back. And don't expect our company to ever do anything for you". I have noidea of what that last remark means. My summary of the company: they are a collection of rip-off artists.
