I guess I must be lucky for once. I purchased my hot tub as you said, at someone's house. I actually paid and asked them to store it for me for a few months. I was upset when they insisted on delivering it early! I am in Kentucky. I purchased this tub summer of 2004. I had just gone online to try to find a filter and found this message thread.. All I can say is WHEW! I work in the KY Dept of Corrections and would be glad to help investigation in any way I can. Purchase was made on Smyrna Rd. Louisville, KY
