I believe OH stands for overheat! and if jets are slow it sounds like a bypass or filter is clogged;not allowing enough water thru the pump and overheating it. Check filter and clean if needed. If that's ok I would suspect something is blocking at or just past a suction area? ... If that's ok then see if your heater shuts off, could be the pressure switch stuck, not allowing the heater to shut off.. GL and hope you'll be back to tubbin' soon
