2000 Sundance Optima

My 2000 Optima has a flashing OH reading on the panel....what does this mean??? the tub recently wentdown, I restarted it, but it reads a flashing OH and the pump makes a higher than normal sound. Also...the heat feed doesn't produce a stream like normal...gets overly hot when it does send a trickle out.
