No, you must replace it. You have two options. First, you can buy a new cord with the molded-in GFCI. Second, you can buy the appropriate Leviton cord end GFCI, cut the existing cord at the GFCI and install the new Leviton version. Which you use depends on whether you have enough cord that you can afford to shorten it and whether you have room at the receptacle for the bulky Leviton GFCI.
