Provided that they are not blowing smoke up my dress or shorts, :-)

Would I have noticed durning the use of the hot tub? I felt that hot tub was working fine before and the same after. If the pump over heated would I have not seen this steam that you suggest as a possible cause in "b"? As for "a" what signs would I have seen that would have let me know there was a problem? Or would I have seen any problems?

: (b) they covered all the jets to the point that
