This is an old subject, but I got a Phoenix spa and it took at least 16 weeks when the contract says 4-6 weeks. Then the salesman wrote the wrong color and nobody was going to take care of the matter.

SOOO, the best thing to do if there is a problem with Phoenix spas or any spa dealership is to file a Better Business Bureau complaint and then things get done.
