if you take it right out of the ground underneath my land, you'd find that the worst thing in my well water is the bright orange color of the rust and iron in it...and I am just beginning to wonder if that isn't due to the rusting of the 26 feet pole that brings it up out of the ground..it probably was put into the ground somewhere's around 1929 when the house was built...but I really don't feel like changing that pipe to find out...I did change out all the houses pipes and got a much cleaner water...but replacing the well pipe...ah...not today...if I don't have too.
