I didn't know you could shut off individual jets. The spa came with the house so I don't have have any manual or anything. They were all working fine it just happened and it's like random jets. I do have 2 knobs up top like the other guy said but they just slow the flow of the jets and it doesn't effect the jets that aren't working. I'll try what you said. Thanks
