: moist curing method?As long as the concrete doesn't dry out, it is all the same. Sometimes it is more practical to build a dam around the slab and keep a sprinkler running or a hose to keep it flooded. It doesn't take much, just keep it damp. Just remember that the hardening of concrete is a chemical reaction brought on by water. It is not like letting the water evaporate out of mud. Keeping it moist for 7 days should be plenty. You will not get much more out of it after that. You will also notice if you keep it under plastic that it generates heat.
