Blue Ridge Thermostat Problem

I have a Blue Ridge Spa and the thermostat only works in one spot. Fortunately the hot tub runs at about 104/105 in this spot, but if you move the dial on the thermostat at all...the spa drops to 90

I got the spa used from a friend and have no other info
