In Response To: Days for concrete to cure (Julie)

: I am having my concrete pad poured this
: Thursday. The concrete contractor said that
: I could put the tub on it on Monday. Is this
: enough days for the concrete to cure, or is
: this standard? Thanks.
Im assuming that it is 3ooopsi concrete
@ 4 inches thick It will reach at least 50%
of its total cure in that time Over a period of 30days it will reach 95% of its strength and continue to cure

You can easily put spa filled with water on your pad

The Spas frame distributes the weight

across the concrete pad ..

Its not like driving a car or a truck across the pad where the weight is on 20 sq .in.per wheel

Dont worry concrete gets hard in a hurry
