Caldera Kauai Sn1 Code

I'm having a problem with my 2001 Caldera Kauai.
I was getting various codes from time to time (FLO, OH, Sn1). I honestly thought it was from my kids who think it's fun to put there hand over the return inlet.
Finally as this got more problematic and I ruled the kids out, I noticed that when the jets weren't on the low flow heat was not coming out.
When power cycling finally wouldn't cure the problem I decided to look under the hood.
There was a check valve that had cracked and had a small leak. It also was clogged a bit with debris. I thought this was the cause of the erratic behavior and replaced it.
However, I was wrong. After the jets cycled I checked the low flow heat jet in the tub and there was no flow. Sure enough the OH code started to flash.
There is flow and heat from that jet when all the jets are on.
The unit does not have an ozonater. The ownership was transferred to me so it is not under warranty and I'd like to fix it myself.
Any ideas? Do I need to replaced a pump? Is a line clogged?
Thank in advance for any advice and or ideas!
