I bought a life spa recently. It has not worked correctly yet. They have sent a tech out and now we are trying to drain it and see how it goes. I am very nervous about the postings. I wish I had read them first before buying. Maybe we will all have to do a class action suit agaist them at some point.
: BEWARE ! I would never buy from this company. I purchased my spa in July
: 2007. Paid for their recommended installer to come in and set up.
: They never set the filtering cycle but told me they had. The pump
: burned out. I called LifeSpa, it took 5 days to get a service call
: back from the ACTUAL manufacturer who is Burboa. It cost me dearly
: $600.: When my spa was installed I questioned the cabinet. I paid for their
: "Plastek" cabinet. It felt like wood to me. The installer
: said no that it was Plastek. I called the salesman 5 times before I
: got a voicemail back saying it was Plastek. The Manufacturer
: representative just verified it is not the Plastek. I have tried to
: get a call back from Life Spas for 5 weeks now and no response. I am
: going to court.
