BEWARE ! I would never buy from this company. I purchased my spa in July 2007. Paid for their recommended installer to come in and set up. They never set the filtering cycle but told me they had. The pump burned out. I called LifeSpa, it took 5 days to get a service call back from the ACTUAL manufacturer who is Burboa. It cost me dearly $600.

When my spa was installed I questioned the cabinet. I paid for their "Plastek" cabinet. It felt like wood to me. The installer said no that it was Plastek. I called the salesman 5 times before I got a voicemail back saying it was Plastek. The Manufacturer representative just verified it is not the Plastek. I have tried to get a call back from Life Spas for 5 weeks now and no response. I am going to court.
