I bought a life spa 3 years ago. I have had two heaters to go out on it. ALL of the jets have deteriated and have fallen out. I was told I could buy replacement filters at Walmart but you can't. You can only get replacement parts through California and like someone else said...hard to reach and they don't call you back. I thought I was buying from a local company. BEWARE of Life Spa. I wouldn't buy from them again.
