Since I knew nothing about spas before I read this thread, and the thread helped me fix my problem, I thought I'd add to the dialogue.
I had the flashing flo/temp problem and the flow switch seemed to be functioning OK, but it just seemed that there was not enough waterflow going through the hose to keep the switch engaged. I call my store and the guy walked me through it. I took the circ pump out, took off the front part of the circ pump and found tons of crap in there that was clogging it up. Once I did that, I got back to my old flow and life is wonderful. Best part is I got to cancel my $200 service call.
