I bought one of these used over a year back. It is a GREAT portable spa as it's a real spa, easy to move, and like a real hot tub but only half the size.
But, you have found the one and biggest problem. Their "efficient" pump/heater is awefull! Yeah, it gets it up to 104. But, if you plan on using your spa below 60 degrees. Don't plan on it holding the temp for as long as you would like. Not to mention, if you want to it try to stay warm longer, you have to have the darn jets on! Very annoying when you want it quiet, but yet hot.
Overall a good portable spa. . .but they get a REAL heater on this thing! I don't care that much about being 'efficient.'
