Power light is flashing on Softub 300+

Could you tell me why my power light is flashing on my SoftTub 300+? I have replaced what another company told me but it’s still doing it. I replaced the control panel they told me that the panel was shot they thought and now they are saying it might be the mother board inside . Can just a regular hot tub service tech work on this for us ? We live in New Jersey and there are no Soft Tub dealers around here .

The only way it comes on is if I push the buttons several times on control panel and then it takes 24 hours to warm up and it starts flashing again and water gets cold .
